Hams Hair ; Your Hair. Just More

Hams was born from a simple belief: healthy hair is about more than appearance — it's deeply connected to confidence, wellbeing and self-expression. Drawing on advanced formulations and carefully selected ingredients, the brand set out to create a haircare experience that empowers women through products designed to support stronger, healthier hair.

Our role was to shape the brand from the ground up. Beginning with strategic positioning, we defined a clear space within the market that balanced scientific credibility with warmth, trust and care. This foundation informed the development of the brand identity, tone of voice and packaging system across a portfolio of seven products.

Every element was designed to communicate clarity, efficacy and premium quality. From the visual language and product architecture to the messaging and customer experience, the objective was to create a brand that feels both sophisticated and approachable — one that inspires confidence from the first interaction through to the daily ritual of use.

The result is a cohesive and scalable brand platform that elevates Hams beyond a product range, establishing a distinctive presence within the hair wellness category and creating a strong foundation for future growth.

This was not a rebrand in the traditional sense. What it needed was greater clarity, consistency and a visual system capable of performing across packaging and future brand applications.

Our role was to refine and elevate what already existed, preserving the equity and recognition the founder had built while creating a more cohesive and premium expression of the brand.
