User Experience Design
We were briefed to create a multilingual hand-raiser for the launch of the new Mercedes E-Class in the region. It needed to work on mobile devices, as well as aid local dealers in following up on online customer interest and booking test drives.
We designed a website that supported the offline campaign and that was fully responsive in English and Arabic. The site’s user experience was engaging – it secured almost 600 sign-ups in three months, met the client’s key performance indicators, and helped to launch the wider E-Class campaign.
